FAREWELL SINGAPORE, HELLO INDIA - our reflections!

I have mixed feeling to be away from my home and family. I’m sad because nobody can help me in what I need to do. I have to pack my own bag. I am missing my favourite food and my home. However, I am happy at the same time as I get to learn new things and experience new stuff. ... Lydia

When I touched down at the Bangalore Airport, I saw people. They looked friendly and nice. This is my first time going to a country by myself. I feel rather safe for my friends are with me. ...Ian

This is the first time I’m going away on my own. I feel sad because I am missing them a lot. Now, I understand that there’s really no place like home. When I was at the Bangalore International Airport, we were weary. Though Bangalore is very different from Singapore, I hope I’ll get used to it. ... Aravind

This is the first time I have traveled on my own. I really miss my family a lot, especially my mum’s stories and my father’s nagging. As much as I love to travel, there’s still no place like home to me. ... Vikaesh
